NOTE: This is a Womens Only Club. If you are intestested in our main Joint Venture Club, please go to DollarMakers.com where you can sign up for full Membership starting at $247 USD per year. Your membership will be removed immediately and no REFUND will be issued , if you are not a Female.

By submitting this form and applying for membership, I agree to abide by the following code of ethics at ALL times. If I am in breach of the code of ethics, I understand that my JV Forum membership may be immediately terminated without refund.

• I subscribe to absolute honesty and integrity.
• I return calls and emails promptly.
• I don't take on tasks I know I cannot perform.
• I don't pressurize other Members, spam them or harass them.
• I respect the time of other Members.
• I understand that every JV must be a win/win scenario.
• Solid relationships is the basis for successful JV business.
• I do what we say, when I say I will do it, in the manner that I promise.
• I treat other members with respect and courtesy at all times.
• I seek to contribute, to build and to encourage other Members.
• I create value and remain positive, optimistic and friendly at all times. 

PRIVACY POLICY
Because your privacy is important to us, Elliott Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a/ DollarMakers / DollarMakers Women's Club operates by these principles:

(1) We explicitly ask you when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). For example, DollarMakers asks you for your name, e-mail name and address when you register. We use your Personal Information to better understand your requirements of your membership to DollarMakers, and we may occasionally inform you of new features, services and products from DollarMakers.

(2) DollarMakers does not ask you to provide personal details of a potentially sensitive nature, such as your ethnic origin or religious beliefs. If however you choose to supply such information to DollarMakers voluntarily, it will be viewable by any other member or casual visitor to the site and will be processed in accordance with this policy"

(3) You MUST be 18 years old or over to join DollarMakers website and/or attend DollarMakers events.

(4) Unless otherwise expressed by you in writing, DollarMakers may select other companies to send you information about their products or services which is believed of interest to you as a member of DollarMakers; however each recognized company has indicated that it has its own privacy policy similar in terms to DollarMakers. 

(5) To make sure that the Personal Information you provide to DollarMakers is correct and current, you may review and update your personal information at any time.

(6) Personal information that you choose to provide to another website will be subject to the privacy policies of that website. For example, if you follow a hyperlink from DollarMakers.com to another site (e.g., an advertiser or merchant), information you provide is subject to that site's privacy policy rather than our privacy policy.

(7) By its very nature and purpose, DollarMakers website is a medium by which Business professional people seek to make contact with each other. With our specific consent, all the personal information you enter onto DollarMakers site and choose to be displayed will be viewable by any other member or any casual visitor to the site, including search engines that index the pages of DollarMakers website.

(8) We may use that personal information to improve your interaction with the site and with other members of DollarMakers.

(9) DollarMakers has a global membership and as such, your Personal Information may be viewed in countries which may not have the same level of legal protection for Personal Information as exists in the Canada.

(10) Your personal information may be used by us to promote DollarMakers events, services and products that we have available now or may choose to introduce in the future. By signing up for DollarMakers membership you are opting into DollarMakers announcements and newsletters, you can opt-out of these at any time by notifying DollarMakers and/or its affiliated businesses.

(11) DollarMakers may disclose information about its members to third parties without the member’s permission unless expressed differently by the member in writing (at any time) to DollarMakers.  The purpose is strictly to enhance the benefit of membership of DollarMakers and not to “spam” the member.  Only recognized and approved third party businesses that have a true relationship with DollarMakers are qualified and accepted.

(12) DollarMakers uses cookies or other similar software to collect data about users to track their movements around its website and in order to assist those users to automatically and effortlessly log in on subsequent visits to its site.

(13) DollarMakers may disclose your personal information to third parties with whom it seeks to develop or create partnerships.

(14) You may leave DollarMakers at any time and upon leaving you may demand that ALL the personal information relating to you, be deleted.

(15) DollarMakers subscribers are able to see other member’s profiles which have been submitted by the individual member – and other members are able to see your posted profile page, Picture (if any) and other personal information which you post yourself.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND DOLLARMAKERS
This Website ("www.DollarMakers.com") is offered to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of these Terms of Use. Your use of this Website constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use.


MEMBERSHIP
DollarMakers is a member only website.

Membership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Members must promptly inform DollarMakers of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Membership of DollarMakers may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either DollarMakers or the Member upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail. DollarMakers will not disclose any membership contact details or content to any member who has terminated their membership or has had their membership revoked by DollarMakers. When a member requests termination or DollarMakers revokes membership, all personal data and records will be permanently removed, members are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of membership. DollarMakers reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to DollarMakers website, specific areas of the website or functionality or features of the website, and/or revoke membership without notice at its sole discretion.

Members are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to DollarMakers.com. Access to and use of DollarMakers.com is through a combination of an ID and a password. Each Member must keep their username and password strictly confidential. Remember your password! For security reasons, DollarMakers will not release passwords or website content for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

You agree to register details about yourself that are true and that you will never impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a DollarMakers official, Area Coordinator, Chapter Leader, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

You agree adhere to the Code of Ethics and respect the Subscription Agreement and Values of DollarMakers.

You expressly understand and agree that DollarMakers shall not be liable to you for any direct or indirect use of DollarMakers website or services, including without limitation any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause or action.


PERSONAL AND NONCOMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION
DollarMakers is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not copy, replicate, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from DollarMakers.com whether printed, visual, audio, radio, electronic, email forwarding, TV, satellite, digital transmission, scanned, website re-cycled or any other form of material except where expressly noted that the material is available for such purpose.

DollarMakers is NOT a "free to advertise database" - the sending of unsolicited emails (SPAM) advertising products and services to members either using DollarMakers messaging tools or forums or directly to members e-mail addresses is NOT PERMITTED. The collection of DollarMakers members e-mail addresses from the profile pages or from the database for ANY use without the written permission of DollarMakers is considered as theft, legal action will be taken against offenders.

2. DollarMakers gives no warranty or guarantee on the information provided by the member.

3. DollarMakers is not liable for any misrepresentation of a member and does not guarantee the reliability of any of its members, their products or services.

4. DollarMakers is not liable for any loss of job or any expenses incurred in the pursuit of employment.

5. DollarMakers will not intervene in disputes between members and do not accept any liability to any party whatsoever for any disputes arising due to postings on the website, messages, emails, telephone call or meetings by a particular member(s). Members enter into a trading relationship at their own risk and take full responsibility to undertake their own due diligence prior to engagement of any sort.

6. DollarMakers will not comment on individual cases of a breach of these terms and conditions.

7. You agree that you will not misuse the services supplied and that you will abide by any laws applicable to this agreement or the operation of it. In particular we refer to the use of; material or content we deem to be harmful, illegal or offensive; any infringement of intellectual rights and copyright or data protection; using the services for illegal purposes such as fraud or in any other crime. However, misuse will also include: - Distribution of viruses, worms or any other potentially destructive or otherwise malicious code.

Breach of any copyright, intellectual property or the rights of any third party, whatsoever in nature, and is not contrary to any law

Allowing the automated addition of links or content to your account by third parties on an unmoderated 'free for all' (FFA) basis.

Pirated software; Hacker programs; SPAM or UCE (unsolicited commercial email); Unsecured mail scripts

8. You specifically confirm that you will immediately report to us, but also to use reasonable efforts to immediately stop any unauthorized use or misuse.

9. Failure to properly use or any breach or misuse whatsoever will result in membership being withdrawn and that former member will not have access to DollarMakers services at all. DollarMakers also reserve the right to take other appropriate action.

DollarMakers offers no warranty or guarantee whatsoever for the use of DollarMakers or its affiliated businesses system(s) or the services generally that are at the users own risk. DollarMakers will not be held responsible for any loss whatsoever, including incidental or consequential loss, arising out of DollarMakers or it’s affiliated businesses system(s), (as a whole or in part), its' installation, use or in any way at all including errors, mistakes, accident, theft or fraud, destruction.

DollarMakers' performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of DollarMakers' right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Website or information provided to or gathered by DollarMakers with respect to such use.
